The Credit Department provides banking facilities and loans to traders and industrialists when the conditions for granting are met, following the bank's instructions and the regulations set by the Central Bank of Iraq.

Issues various types of guarantee letters, including:

Primary Guarantee Letter (Participation in Tenders): Issued for participation in tenders.

Final Guarantee Letter (Performance Guarantee): Ensures the proper execution of a contract.

Advance Payment Guarantee Letter: Ensures the repayment of the advance payment.

The issuance of these guarantee letters is secured by 100% collateral, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Iraq and the bank's instructions.

Grants loans in accordance with the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq to finance small and medium-sized projects. This is done following the guidelines set by the Council of Ministers and the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq.
